Office Hours 8-4:30: An early start, free from interruptions, sets us on a course for a productive day. Our day is structured this way because we also believe that one of the best things family and friends can do is eat dinner together.
No Timesheets: All of our engagements are fixed price and we do not have any timesheets. It is our job to drive strategy that helps our clients scale their businesses. Our success or failure is based on actual results, not the amount of time we spent on an idea.
An Agile Environment: Whiteboards, open spaces, and frequent collaboration...we are built for rapid and efficient communication. We are located in the Cambridge Innovation Center in Kendall Square which we feel is a very exciting place to come to work.
