We are seeking an exceptional bookkeeper to work on multiple clients in the Greater Boston area. Individual must thrive in a high-energy dynamic environment.

In order to succeed the person must:
*Be an expert in Quickbooks (both Desktop and Online)
*Be able to reconcile accounts and consistently perform monthly closing duties in an accurate and timely manner
*Be able to manipulate and export monthly/quarterly/annual reports to Excel
*Handle invoicing, accounts receivable, deposits and collections
*Handle accounts payable, bill paying, and vendor resolution
*Possess HR proficiency in the areas of payroll, subcontractor and benefit administration
*Enjoy working with startups/growth businesses
